Invoicing Specialist

Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Consignment Invoicing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining consignment accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, tracking payment statuses, and resolving any overdue accounts. You will also collaborate with various teams to conduct monthly consignment audits, update commissions reports, and assist with general accounting tasks. This position will work closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to maintain a comprehensive consignment log master workbook.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Invoicing consignment accounts and keeping master logs updated with payment statuses, identifying any outstanding or unpaid invoices.
• Updating commissions reports to ensure accurate commission payouts for individual consignment accounts.
• Collaborating with the team during monthly consignment audits, which includes reviewing invoicing, identifying outstanding invoices, and noting concern groups or business opportunities.
• Keeping invoice information consistent both across the operations and consignment team logs as well as the company-wide Q-Report.

Skills & Abilities:

• Proven experience in invoicing and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

Conshohocken, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Salary: $50-$75k
