ECX- careLAGEN™ Dressing XL paired with careGARD™ XL

carePAC™ ECX comes with our single-use convenient careLAGEN™ collagen XL Dressing, specialized careGARD Gauze, bandages, and PPE for application. This kit is equipped with components that will help the patient or caregiver manage their wound. This personalized kit is small and portable, making it as convenient as possible for personalized wound care.

Wound Care at Your Door

Each carePAC™ configuration is specifically delivered to the patient’s home or place of permanent residence. Inside of your care-BOX are the appropriate number of individual daily carePAC™ pouches that are required to manage dressing changes throughout the healing process. Depending on the length of recovery patients may receive multiple care-BOX’s, please reach out to your provider for more details on how many care-BOX’s are appropriate for your wound care.

ECX Pouch Components

careLAGEN™ Dressing XL

A 7” x 7” sheet of collagen that transforms into a soft gel sheet when in contact with the wound. This product helps maintain a moist wound environment and creates the ideal condition for healing. The careLAGEN™ Dressing can be trimmed or torn to fit the specific size of the wound.

careGARD™ 6” x 8”

An absorbent dressing applied as a secondary layer to the primary collagen product. This dressing will help maintain a moist environment and has an adhesive layer that assists in holding the primary collagen product in place.

Bulky Gauze Bandages

These bandages can be wrapped around the collagen product and gauze layer to help create cushioning and extra comfort to improve wound protection.

Personal Protective Equipment

One pair of Nitrile Gloves is included for application of carePAC™ products.
